At the De Drentse Monden en Oostermoer Wind Farm site, preparations are made for the arrival of the first wind turbine components. This week, the installation crane arrived at the construction site at the Mondenweg near 1ste Exloërmond.

Upon arrival of the first wind turbine components, the crane will be brought to its full height. The foundation for the first wind turbine was already built in early May of this year.

In the meantime, the developer is continuing bringing together all the required parties. Around 1,800 companies received a letter on behalf of the main contractors with an invitation to highlight their services. Today is the last opportunity for companies to express their interest. According to the wind farm developer, at least 100 companies have responded.
